GROUP TOURS POLICY

At the Humane Society of Utah, we truly value the opportunity to share our mission and invite the community to participate in our life-saving actions. While we offer group tours, we are only able to host a limited number each month.

Youth-based groups may schedule with Humane Education
Adult-based groups may schedule with the Volunteer Manager
Corporations may schedule with the Corporate Relations Manager
Donors/donor groups may schedule with the Development and Communications Coordinator

All tours must be scheduled in advance. Groups that visit us without a reservation will be turned away to preserve the safety and well-being of our animals.

SERVICE PROJECTS

There are many ways for groups and individuals to help The Humane Society of Utah serve animals in need. Some ideas include:

Host a fundraiser, like a bake sale or car wash, to benefit HSU
Organize a supply drive to collect the things we need most from our wish list, including items from your home that can be reused to help animals in our shelters.
If you’re looking for a creative and hands-on opportunity, consider making tie blankets as a donation to keep our pets comfortable during their stay.

Donated items can be brought to the Adoptions counter during regular business hours. No appointment is necessary.
