Calendar
The events team at Humane Society of Utah has a handful of major events throughout the year and several smaller events each month. We host food trucks at our facility in Murray weekly during the summer. Contact Special Events for more information.
Attend our unique events and have fun: for a good cause. We offer training classes and other educational opportunities on a regular basis. Your participation directly benefits the animals in our care and funds the programs we offer.

Loose Leash Walking - Dog Training Class

Haute Dog Photoshoot: Pups & Pinups
We have teamed up with Dawn at Fuzzy Love Photography for another charitable coffee table book project and we cannot wait for this one!
Pups & Pinups is a vintage-inspired coffee table book that will feature pet guardians and their dogs styled in iconic pin-up eras… from glamorous 1940s bombshells to playful rockabilly rebels!
Each participant will be photographed with their dog and featured in the book with a two-page spread, but this project is about more than beautiful portraits. 100% of the $99 registration fees and 50% of book sales will benefit pets in the care of the Humane Society of Utah, helping animals find safety, care, and loving homes. Because if there’s one thing we know for sure… dogs make every era better!
Spots will be limited to 20 participants for this project. If you’d love to be part of this book with your dog, keep an eye out! Registration details are coming at the end of March!

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event for the Humane Society of Utah (HSU)! Please use this form if you are:
- Hosting a fundraiser for HSU
- Inviting HSU staff to attend a tabling event
- Hosting an offsite adoption event and requesting adoptable animals

The Humane Society of Utah is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that receives no tax dollars or funds from national nonprofit organizations. The animals depend on the support of caring individuals like you.
We have created the following guidelines to enhance the success of third-party/community events and avoid any conflicts with HSU donors, corporate sponsors, or events planned already.
Please don’t print any materials, pursue any media publicity or solicit cash or in-kind sponsors until you get written approval for your event from the Humane Society of Utah.
To make this process as smooth as possible, please complete the event application and submit it to HSU at least two weeks before your event. Once we approve your application, an HSU staff member will contact you.
